The Road Beyond is a fashion editorial feature for Numéro Netherlands, exploring themes of travel and classic style through a series of high-contrast and earthy portraits. The series is defined by a cinematic narrative centered around vintage motorcycles and rural landscapes, captured with a raw, tactile quality. Photographer Constantin Slotty utilizes analogue film techniques throughout the project, relying on natural light and visible film grain to establish a nostalgic, moody aesthetic. The work features fashion styling by Jenni Tarasova, who pairs textured leather, denim, and knitwear on model Cristiano Palmerini to emphasize a rugged, road-ready look. Across both monochrome and muted color compositions, the project balances spontaneous, playful interactions with refined, atmospheric portraiture.
