About

INTO THE BLUE is a high-fashion editorial series produced for Numéro Netherlands, showcasing a mastery of color and architectural form. Through a sequence of meticulously staged environments, the project leans into a minimalist and moody aesthetic that highlights sculptural garments against saturated, monochromatic blue settings. Photographer Calvin Pausania employs precise lighting techniques, alternating between low-key chiaroscuro and clean, high-contrast studio setups to accentuate the textures of eveningwear and the fluid lines of the models. The project relies on a collaborative creative vision where the production design serves as an essential partner to the fashion. Set designer Enzo Selvatici crafts geometric, vivid blue spaces that frame models Ajak Dhieu and Coco Labbee, while hair stylist Ilham Mestour contributes to the conceptual silhouettes with precise, high-concept styling. Casting director Marvin Latournald rounds out the production, resulting in a cohesive series that balances graphic intensity with refined editorial sophistication.
