Microsoft partners with veteran Karl Hinett in this documentary-style film exploring themes of resilience and community rehabilitation. The project tracks Hinett’s personal journey of injury and recovery, interweaving archival footage from his service in Iraq with candid interviews and scenes from the Invictus Games athletic events.
Developed by McCann London and Craft with production by Irresistible Studios, the narrative leans into a clean, moody aesthetic. The film utilizes a mix of live-action technique and archival documentation to frame the athlete’s experience within the context of the global competition.
