Harper's Bazaar Brazil Maresia 2026

About

Maresia is a fashion editorial series produced for Harper's Bazaar Brazil, featuring model Luiza Perote in a collection of images that explore varied domestic and garden settings. The project features creative direction by Kleber Matheus and photography by Lufre, resulting in a series that shifts between high-contrast monochrome studio work and moody, narrative-driven scenes. The editorial makes use of natural light and chiaroscuro techniques to emphasize sculptural jewelry and intricate floral patterns. Retouching for the project was completed by Matheus Freitas, with makeup artistry provided by Rodrigo Costa. The series combines classic editorial portraiture with stylized, unconventional environments, leaning into a mixture of earthy tones and cool-toned lighting to define its visual character.
