Description
Lululemon presents The Selfish Giant, a commercial film capturing a cinematic narrative of athletic discipline and personal routine. The project follows a lead figure through high-contrast indoor environments, ranging from a blue-lit pool to a minimalist bedroom and a modern skyline office. The visual execution relies on a moody, cool-toned palette and intentional dramatic shadows to define the atmosphere. Through the use of live-action technique and integrated VFX, the film transitions between segments of rigorous physical training and quiet moments of reflection.
