Past Forward for Lucy's Magazine is a comprehensive fashion editorial series helmed by Sabina Miklowitz, who serves as photographer, creative director, art director, and retoucher. The project explores retro-infused aesthetics through a series of vertical compositions that shift between gritty neon-lit nightlife and daylight-drenched outdoor locations. The imagery employs maximalist styling, layering geometric prints and eclectic accessories against diverse backdrops ranging from industrial harbours and concrete skate bowls to weathered brick facades. With a focus on saturated colors and hard light, the editorial leans into a polished, retro-inspired visual narrative.
