Second Skin is a multi-layered fashion editorial for L'Officiel Philippines that explores movement and texture through a series of urban-focused portraits. Photographed by Illya Ovchar with casting by Giorgia Aversa, the project features model Ruby Hill set against diverse backgrounds ranging from structured architecture to dense foliage. The editorial leans into an atmospheric, often desaturated visual language. Utilizing natural light, the work highlights the interplay between heavy textiles like faux fur and leather against the raw, weathered textures of city streets and stone stairs. Through a mix of composed posing and dynamic motion, the project maintains a clean editorial aesthetic across its varied locations.
