Primo Piano is a monochrome fashion editorial project for L'Officiel Hommes Italia, exploring the intersection of sharp tailoring and stark coastal architecture. Photographed by Frederico Martins and styled by Paolo Turina, the series features model Tammo Rahming positioned within high-contrast environments that emphasize geometric lines and architectural forms. The execution relies on an analogue film aesthetic, utilizing natural light and hard directional shadows to define textures ranging from metallic chainmail to structured wool overcoats. By placing the subject against concrete breakwaters and weathered stone piers, the work leans into a cinematic and gritty mood, effectively prioritising silhouette and form over traditional portraiture.
