Shadows of Elegance is a fashion editorial series produced for L'Officiel Austria, centering on sculptural silhouettes and high-contrast studio portraiture. The project explores the intersection of tactile fashion and moody, low-key lighting, emphasizing the architectural volume of structured outerwear and draped textiles against distressed, mottled concrete backgrounds. Photographer and creative director Bruno Unikowsky drives the series' atmospheric aesthetic, utilizing chiaroscuro techniques to heighten the interplay of light and shadow across the subjects' garments. Fashion styling by Vasil Bozhilov reinforces the monochromatic and earthy palettes, with an emphasis on rich suede, heavy faux fur, and intricate ruched textures that define the project's polished editorial look.
