Holiday Magazine: Je me souviens
Oct 2026
Holiday Magazine’s editorial project, Je me souviens, is a collection of observational fashion imagery that explores rural landscapes and candid, documentary-style storytelling. Captured by photographer Olivier Kervern, the series leans into an authentic, grounded aesthetic, utilizing natural light and analogue film to emphasize the tactile textures of weathered wood, agricultural fields, and vintage apparel. The project evokes a reflective, quiet atmosphere through varied outdoor settings, ranging from open wheat fields to rustic farmsteads. Fashion styling by Tony Irvine and makeup by Sheika Daley frame the editorial narrative, pairing layered outerwear and textured knits with relaxed, daily-wear silhouettes. The imagery maintains a consistent focus on raw, atmospheric detail, presenting a contemplative look at life within a rural environment.
