Description
True Romance is a fashion editorial series for InStyle Australia, led by creative director Justin Woo and captured by photographer Georges Antoni. The project utilizes a mix of monochrome, high-contrast chiaroscuro lighting and warm, natural daylight to build a cinematic narrative across various environments. APRH Productions provided production support for the shoot, which features a range of outdoor and intimate settings. The editorial leans into a tactile aesthetic, employing analogue film techniques to emphasize wardrobe details and candid interactions. Hair and makeup were executed by Daren Borthwick and Stoj, respectively, to maintain a consistent tone across the series.
