Mascara Memories is a beauty editorial project for HommeGirls that captures the intersection of polished fashion and intimate, lived-in cosmetics. Under the creative direction of Jen Brill, the series channels a sophisticated, minimalist aesthetic through a mix of high-contrast monochrome and clean color photography. Photographer Nicolas Kantor frames the work with precise compositions, utilizing editorial techniques like macro framing and chiaroscuro to emphasize detailed cosmetic textures. The project features model Anna Robinson and incorporates tailored apparel and statement accessories. The execution is supported by fashion styling from Giulia Revolo, with hair styling by Diego Da Silva and makeup by Kennedy. Casting was managed by Anita Bitton, resulting in a cohesive series that balances graphic layouts with expressive, natural portraits across various studio-based setups.
