H&M
Duet

Nov 2025
For the Duet project, H&M explores refined tailoring and monochromatic precision within the high street fashion sector. Captured by photographer Rory van Millingen, the series focuses on sharp silhouettes and structured garments, leaning into a minimalist aesthetic that bridges classic formalwear with contemporary design. The editorial imagery employs a rigorous monochrome palette, alternating between high-key compositions and moody chiaroscuro lighting to emphasize the texture of satin, lace, and leather. The project features model Rebecca Leigh Longendyke, whose performance centers on clean lines and defined poses. Art direction by Mimi Makela ties the collection together, while hair styling by Ali Pirzadeh and makeup by Lauren Reynolds support the campaign’s emphasis on polished, streamlined visuals. Each portrait balances light and shadow, highlighting the architectural details of the apparel through a minimalist lens.
