The Faroe Tales is an editorial fashion project for Herdes Magazine that explores a rugged, atmospheric aesthetic. Centered on model Nicolo Sala, the series leans into an interplay between structured architectural elements and organic textures, utilizing natural light to highlight the intricate knits and layered tailoring captured throughout the shoot. The series features art direction by Ivano Mansueto and photography by Giuseppe Vaccaro. The imagery incorporates a mix of vertical portraits and macro details, oscillating between high-contrast monochrome tones and warm, earthy palettes. Stylist Lorenzo Garzelli emphasizes tactile fabrics, creating a contemplative mood across diverse settings, from intimate cabin interiors to dense woodland environments. The production also features makeup by Rodrigo Souza and casting by Simone Bart Rocchietti.
