The Creature is a fashion editorial produced for Hashtag Legend, exploring themes of observation and isolation within a series of clinical, architectural settings. The project features model Yvette Chau in a range of sculptural and avant-garde ensembles, captured through a cinematic lens that frequently plays with light, shadow, and voyeuristic framing. Photographer Alexander Yeung utilizes low-key lighting and high-contrast silhouettes to create a sense of theatrical suspense. Across the series, the imagery leans into a minimalist aesthetic, often isolating the subject within illuminated display spaces or sparse, pale-toned corners to emphasize the tension between the observer and the observed.
