Captured by photographer Kim Hee June, the project utilizes a cinematic, low-key approach to transform the natural landscape into a stage for modern menswear. With model Yugo Takano at the center of the narrative, the series leans into the dramatic interplay between high-fashion silhouettes and the raw, untamed textures of a forest at night. The editorial makes frequent use of flash photography to carve sharp, high-contrast portraits out of the darkness, while shifting to natural light to highlight the intricate details of shimmering sequins, glossy leather, and tailored wools. By positioning its subjects against craggy rocks, bare trees, and blooming flora, the work bridges the gap between rugged environments and refined tailoring. The aesthetic is inherently moody, utilizing chiaroscuro lighting techniques to ground the subjects in a state of suspended reality.
