Core Principles for FAZ Magazine is an editorial project that explores the intersection of high fashion and athletic performance. Shot by photographer Benjamin Vnuk, the series leans into a clean, minimalist aesthetic, placing models in sculptural poses across specialized fitness equipment including pilates reformers and gym rings. The production features styling by Leonie Volk and Tereza Ortiz, who curate an interplay of avant-garde textures, including metallic harnesses, shimmering bodysuits, and layered lace. Set design by Paulina Piipponen reinforces the clinical, sharp atmosphere, while hair styling by Masashi Konno and makeup by Faye Bluff complete the refined look. Techniques such as chiaroscuro and directional light define the series' moody, high-contrast imagery, occasionally punctuated by raw projections and monochromatic palettes. The editorial highlights the tactile qualities of contemporary apparel against stark studio backgrounds.
