In The Wake of the Wind is a fashion editorial series produced for Elle Taiwan. Captured by photographer Thanassis Krikis, the project leans into the interplay between high-fashion styling and rugged, elemental landscapes. Set against weathered granite boulders and sun-drenched, arid grasslands, the imagery highlights a collection of layered textures and vivid, saturated palettes. Fashion director Christos Alexandropoulos curated an aesthetic defined by dramatic movement, incorporating flowing ribbons and wind-swept silhouettes that emphasize the atmosphere of the outdoor setting. The series, which features makeup by Hara Papanikolaou, makes extensive use of warm, natural light and golden hour illumination to ground the editorial styling in a raw, tactile environment.
