Elle France: Special Mode

Special Mode is an expansive fashion editorial series produced for Elle France. The project explores contemporary silhouettes and textural contrasts, transitioning between controlled studio environments and the kinetic energy of sunlit urban streets. Across the series, the imagery leans into a mix of high-contrast monochrome studio portraits and warm, golden-hour location photography. Techniques such as analogue film and natural light are employed to ground the editorial aesthetic, highlighting the sculptural qualities of the garments. The styling focuses on layering, from oversized puffer coats and tailored menswear-inspired suits to avant-garde leather and voluminous fringe pieces, captured with a clean, minimalist approach to composition.
