Elle France: Heureux Melanges

Heureux Melanges is a fashion editorial series for Elle France, captured by photographer Tom Craig. The project leans into a cinematic aesthetic, utilizing natural light and high-contrast monochrome and warm-toned palettes to explore the intersection of structured architectural environments and fluid, layered fashion. Working with model Merlijne Schorren, the creative team emphasizes textural depth through intricate lace, heavy knits, and metallic accessories. The series makes extensive use of analogue film techniques and geometric outdoor settings, ranging from coastal backdrops to the angular facades of modern urban structures, to build a narrative of movement and composure. Fashion editor and stylist Anne-Marie Brouillet curated the wardrobe, complemented by hair styling from Vi Sapyyapy and makeup by Tatsu Yamanaka.
