Back feed is a fashion editorial series produced for Elle Bulgaria that draws on the aesthetics of classic court sports. Photographed and styled by Roma Lansky, the project leans into a nostalgic, athletic narrative, blending high-fashion silhouettes with traditional tennis gear. The series utilises analogue film and natural light to capture a series of models across outdoor clay courts and poolside settings. The imagery plays with texture and contrast, pairing pleated skirts, cable-knit sweaters, and tailored blazers with performance accessories like visors, wristbands, and rackets. By focusing on the interplay between the vibrant terracotta courts and crisp, monochromatic apparel, the work establishes a clean, retro-inflected look that bridges the gap between performance sportswear and editorial style.
