New Emotion is a fashion editorial series for Dapper Dan Magazine, captured by photographer Alvaro Beamud Cortes. The project leans into a classic studio aesthetic, balancing saturated color palettes against monochromatic, film-inspired portraiture. Fashion editing and styling by Gro Curtis frames the collection around sharp tailoring and deliberate silhouettes. The editorial features model Alvar af Schultén, whose styling—highlighted by vibrant hair work from hair stylist Yuri Napolitano and makeup by Annabelle Petit—serves as a central visual anchor across both the clean, solid-backdrop studio work and the more textured, dramatic lighting setups.
