D Repubblica features a series of editorial covers for the September 5, 2026 issue, showcasing a portrait-driven aesthetic focused on textures and natural light. Photographed by Drew Vickers with fashion styling by Carlos Nazario, the project explores the interplay between subject and environment, utilizing natural sunlight to create high-contrast, dappled shadows across the models. The series features Caitlin Soetendal, Elisabetta Dessy, and Kristen McMenamy, among others, with art direction emphasizing graphic typography and tactile fashion elements such as feathery fringes, voluminous fur, and pleated chiffon. Hair styling by Louis Ghewy and makeup by Inge Grognard complement the earth-toned palettes found throughout the set designs, curated by Jabez Bartlett.
