Behind the Blinds

Under the Dark Sun is an editorial fashion series for Behind the Blinds, capturing a series of portraits defined by stark, minimalist studio environments. The project channels an editorial focus through clean framing and a blend of soft directional and natural light, resulting in a series of images that foreground texture and form. Photographer Guilherme da Silva leads the visual direction, working alongside stylist Simon Dae Dissing Bacher to curate a selection of minimalist knitwear and distinctive sculptural accessories. Makeup artist Filippo Ferrari maintains a focus on the subjects' natural features, while casting by Alan Brethaud features models Dima Omelchenko and Emilio Cilia.
