MORE THAN THIS is a fashion editorial series produced for Behind the Blinds, capturing a narrative of transient landscapes and intimate, quiet moments. Photographed by Chloe Chippendale, the series leans into a cinematic road trip aesthetic, juxtaposing the vast, arid desolation of desert highways with the contained, pensive atmosphere of vintage hotel interiors. The project features model Luca Apple in a sequence of observational portraits that blend gritty, high-contrast monochrome street photography with softer, warm-toned sequences. Using analogue film techniques, the work emphasizes texture and form—from the worn asphalt and utility lines of the open road to the reflective, low-key lighting of nighttime city storefronts. The imagery focuses on a deliberate, unhurried pace, documenting a journey that feels both timeless and grounded in classic Americana style.
