Beautiful Things is a fashion editorial project produced for Roppongi Hills, showcasing a series of clean, studio-based portraits. The imagery focuses on formal tailoring, layered textures, and seasonal silhouettes, presented through a refined monochrome and earthy color palette. Photographer Kotaro Kawashima employs soft, directional lighting and natural light to emphasize the structural details of the garments, ranging from shearling-collared outerwear to knitwear and leather accessories. The series maintains a consistent visual identity across all portraits, utilizing a neutral grey backdrop to keep the focus on the apparel's drape and material quality.
