The collaboration between Auralee and New Balance for the WRPD Runner project is presented through a series of editorial campaign images that highlight the collection's tactile fabrics and sculptural footwear silhouettes. Designed by Ryota Iwai, the work leans into an earthy aesthetic, utilizing natural light to emphasise the layered textures of the apparel and the clean lines of the sneakers. Photographed by Yuan Xiaopeng, the campaign captures a candid, observational mood. The imagery makes use of analogue film techniques and grainy textures, set against both urban streetscapes and quiet, natural meadows. Fashion styling by Hisato Tasaka and hair styling by Kazuhiro Naka reinforce the contemporary, relaxed approach to the collaboration, maintaining a consistent focus on layered knitwear and everyday comfort.
