Born in 1985, Thomas Chéné is a distinguished artist whose journey began with a profound dedication to history and art history, studied in Angers. He further honed his expertise at the prestigious École du Louvre, culminating in a degree from the renowned Gobelins School in Paris. Chéné's personal project, *États-Unis: Truth and Consequences*, is a captivating exploration of American small-town life through a unique blend of portraits and landscapes captured using a large-format camera. This evocative body of work was showcased at the Boutographies festival in 2012 and earned a selection at the esteemed Bourse du Talent Portrait #50, highlighting his exceptional eye for the beauty in the ordinary. Primarily focused on portraiture, fashion photography, and documentary work, Thomas has established himself as a versatile creator. His artistic vision has led to fruitful collaborations with notable publications such as I Heart, Kiblind, Omnivore Food Book, and NEZ, as well as the development of compelling campaigns for Cotélac. In addition to his editorial work, Thomas has completed significant commissions for prominent organizations, including Amnesty International, L’Oréal, BNP Paribas, PMU, RATP, and Uniqlo.
