At Thinkerbell, we practice Measured Magic and we use it to help our clients build their brand, or change their consumer’s behaviour. Measured Magic is where marketing sciences meets hardcore creativity and it underpins everything we do – from strategy, to creative, to production, to media paid, owned and earned and yep, even to this website. We’re one of the world’s fastest growing and most creative advertising communications companies, with offices in The North (Sydney), The South (Melbourne), NZ (Auckland) and have helped some of Australia’s and NZ’s most loved brands find their inner magic. We keep things pretty simple around here by only hiring two kinds of people: Thinkers and Tinkers. Not because it’s easier, but because it means we get it wrong less. Unlike other agencies, a Thinker and a Tinker front every account we have, doing away with traditional batton-passing. It’s also nice for our clients to get to know the people coming up with their ideas, and vice versa.
