Ssam Kim

Ssam Kim, a talented photographer originally from South Korea, embarked on her creative journey in London, where she honed her craft at the prestigious London College for Fashion Photography. After graduating in 2002, she quickly made a name for herself as an in-house photographer at WOUND Magazine and later served as the visual editor at Glass Magazine, where her keen eye for detail and innovative approach to visual storytelling flourished. In 2012, Ssam took a bold step and relocated to New York, where her dynamic photography began to attract an impressive roster of clients. She has collaborated with renowned brands such as Cutler and Gross, Andaz by Hyatt Hotels, Uniqlo Korea, Natural Selection, Rachel Cox, Gentle Monster, New Balance, Essie, Deborah Vereck, and Morana US, capturing their essence through her unique lens. Ssam's artistic vision extends beyond commercial work; she has contributed her photography to esteemed publications including Harper's Bazaar Man, Nylon, W Korea, Glass UK, Vogue Korea, Harper's Bazaar Korea, and Eloquence Magazine.
