Sharon Radisch
Bio
Sharon Radisch is a dynamic photographer, creative director, and artist based in both New York City and Paris. Her journey into the arts is anything but conventional. Initially, she pursued a degree in biology with aspirations of entering the medical field, but a serendipitous move to Paris to study French transformed her path. Originally planning to stay for just six months, Sharon found herself captivated by the city and its culture, ultimately spending three years in France while earning a master's degree in biology and cellular physiology. This unique blend of scientific rigor and artistic exploration informs Sharon's distinctive vision. Her fascination with the intricate mechanisms of cellular life inspires her work, where she draws parallels between the complexities of biology and the art of composition. After years of dedication in laboratory settings, Sharon sought refuge in creativity, crafting sculptural still lifes that reflect her keen understanding of organic interaction. Her artistic practice quickly gained momentum, resonating with a burgeoning audience on social media and leading her to embrace photography as a full-time career. With over nine years of professional experience, Sharon continues to explore the interconnectedness of life through her lens. Her sculptural still lifes serve as a testament to the beauty in diversity, harmonizing disparate elements to create unexpected compositions that echo the delicate balance found in nature. Sharon Radisch’s work invites viewers to reflect on the intricacies of life, transcending the boundaries between science and art.
