Scott Otto Anderson could have represented Australia in the Olympics but instead thought it was better to use the Institute of Sport funding to go to art school. It's this kind of logic that sets Otto apart. A unique film director whose style lends itself to art directed performance, design and visual effects whilst still producing work filled with character and soul.
