Bio

Rich Gilligan, an accomplished photographer hailing from Dublin, Ireland, embarked on his artistic journey amidst the vibrant skateboard culture of his hometown. This unique foundation has profoundly influenced his distinctive visual language, characterized by a seamless blend of elegance and raw energy. His photographs resonate with a striking simplicity, capturing authentic and intimate moments that reveal the true essence of his subjects and their surroundings. Gilligan’s documentary style is marked by a deep sense of curiosity and empathy, allowing him to explore the subtle intricacies of people and places in both personal and commercial projects.
