For over two decades, I have dedicated myself to exploring the intricate relationship between human movement and emotion—a journey guided by the belief that "Everybody moves." This simple yet profound statement serves as the cornerstone of my artistic vision. Movement, in all its forms—from the explosive leap to the delicate flick of the wrist or the subtlest exhale—holds a transformative power. It is within the emotional resonance of that movement where the true magic unfolds, and it is here that I find my creative home. The connection between heart and body fuels my work, as I strive to capture those breathtaking gestures that convey authentic energy. As a former dancer, I possess a unique perspective on the mind-body connection. My approach to directing movement is both specific and adaptable, effectively bridging the gap between instruction and expression. I believe that while our brains interpret commands, it is our muscles that truly remember and embody them. This philosophy echoes the words of Mikhail Baryshnikov: "When a body moves, it’s the most revealing thing. Dance for me a minute, and I’ll tell you who you are." Whether I’m photographing a cancer survivor rediscovering yoga, a child teaching their parents the latest TikTok dance, or a world-class athlete showcasing cutting-edge athletic gear, my mission is to create a supportive environment that encourages individuals to express their best selves authentically. In my conceptual work, I am passionate about crafting visually stunning and thought-provoking imagery. I enjoy blending surreal elements with reality, employing a mix of practical techniques and cutting-edge CGI or AI to challenge the limits of possibility. Now, as an avid yogi and a mother to two baking enthusiasts, I embrace hard work, meticulous attention to detail, and empathetic communication. I thrive on collaboration, tackling creative and budgetary challenges with my clients to bring their visions to life. There is nothing quite like the moment when everything aligns—concept, talent, wardrobe, sets, lighting, music, and movement.
