Patrick Fraser
Bio
Patrick Fraser is a distinguished British photographer and filmmaker who has made California his home for the past 18 years. Renowned for his striking editorial work, he captures the essence of lifestyle and celebrity for prestigious publications such as Vanity Fair, British Vogue, and Esquire, along with color supplements like The Sunday Times, Observer, and The Guardian. His lens has also been pivotal in creating compelling ad campaigns for prominent U.S. brands, including Google, Microsoft, Pinterest, and Hilton Hotels. A celebrated portraitist, Patrick’s work has graced the esteemed walls of the National Portrait Gallery in London, showcasing his ability to convey the depth and nuance of his subjects. In addition to his photography, Patrick is passionate about storytelling through film; he continues to produce documentary and experimental works, with his debut narrative short film set to premiere in early 2018. Deeply inspired by the breathtaking landscapes of the Mojave Desert, Patrick frequently retreats to his cabin in Joshua Tree, where he finds solace in nature. When he’s not behind the camera or on location, you may find him tending to his farm in the Midwest or competing in the local USTA 4.0 tennis league, where his competitive spirit shines. Patrick Fraser’s artistic journey is a testament to his diverse talents and unwavering dedication to his craft.
