Blair and Oliver were born on the same day in November. Astrologically speaking, they were fated to collaborate. Originally from Australia they moved to London to pursue what they do best: documenting life without the boring bits. Novemba's work has been recognised at most major awards shows around the world, most recently advertising's most prestigious prize, a BLACK pencil at D&AD for Frontline19 made for Adam&EveDDB. They also won the coveted Frank Budgen Award for Best Director at the British Arrows for Alzheimer's Society, and Best Director at Kinsale for the same film. Novemba love people, culture, far-flung places, and the challenge of interpreting it all through the eye of a camera. Their work is characterised by emotional honesty and striking visual flare. Their love of sport and natural ability to handle talent has led to work with Lionel Messi, Anthony Joshua, Thierry Henry, Bradley Wiggins and Amir Khan, the latter being the focus of their feature film debut, 'Team Khan' which featured at the Raindance Festival. They have spent the last year working on a 3 part documentary project for Disney+.
