Bio

From an early age, I discovered my passion for visual arts while serving as an apprentice in the print industry, where I honed my skills in reprographics. This foundational experience ignited a journey that would lead me into the vibrant worlds of graphic design and advertising. Over nearly two decades, I embraced a variety of roles—including layout compositor, high-end scanner operator, traditional and digital retoucher, art director, and production manager—collaborating with award-winning design and advertising agencies in both Sydney and the UK. Seeking a transformative shift, I decided to channel my long-standing love for photography into a viable career. Embracing the challenge of self-directed learning, I further refined my craft by pursuing formal studies in photography at the University of the Arts London, LCC. This academic endeavor allowed me to deepen my artistic vision and technical expertise. Throughout my career, my photographic work has garnered numerous awards, reflecting the impact of the campaigns I have contributed to. I have also had the privilege of photographing several books, showcasing my versatility and commitment to storytelling through imagery. I am represented by the esteemed Kayte Ellis Agency in London and am a proud member of the think TANK Photo Pro Team. Currently, I divide my time between the vibrant cities of Melbourne and London. As a devoted husband and father, I find inspiration in the everyday moments of family life. An avid coffee enthusiast, I relish the cozy embrace of winter, which fuels my creativity and artistic exploration.
