Naida Mazzenga is a talented Italian illustrator whose artistic journey has taken her from her studies at ISIAU in Italy to an enriching Erasmus experience at Escola Massana in Barcelona. Now based in the vibrant city of Barcelona, she draws inspiration from her love of travel and exploration, often finding herself captivated by the beauty of unfamiliar landscapes and diverse cultures. Nature and flora are central themes in Naida's work, serving as the foundation for her imaginative and fantastical illustrations. Her distinctive use of bright, bold colors reflects her passion for risograph printing—a medium that not only allows her to experiment but also encourages her to embrace the unexpected. In her creative process, Naida often discovers that her perceived mistakes can lead to even more captivating results, adding depth and intrigue to her illustrations.
