Myles Loftin is a prominent photographer and a vital voice in the contemporary image-making landscape. Based in New York, he is recognized for his intimate and sophisticated work which highlights underrepresented groups, particularly in the context of LGBTQ+ and Black communities. With notable collaborations with major brands like Google, Calvin Klein, and Tommy Hilfiger, Myles's photography also graces the pages of esteemed publications such as Vogue, Paper, and The Cut. He began his impactful project ‘True Beauties’ which explores the lives of members from the House of LaBeija, contributing to a broader dialogue on representation in the visual arts, especially for Black queer individuals. His academic contributions include joining the faculty at the International Center of Photography.
