Bio

Michele Laurita is a Los Angeles native with a rich background in photography and cinematography. Born to creatively driven parents, she developed a passion for photography at a young age. After an early career as a child actor, Michele turned her focus to professional photography, honing her skills through self-study and practical experience. She graduated from the Global Cinematography Institute, studying under Academy Award-winning cinematographer Vilmos Zigmond, A.S.C. Michele's impressive client list includes major names like 20th Century Fox, Dreamworks SKG, HBO, and high-fashion magazines such as Vogue Italia and Harper’s Bazaar. She has also photographed a variety of celebrities and musicians, including Cillian Murphy, Ben Affleck, and Gwen Stefani. Michele has made significant contributions to both the advertising and editorial arenas, while also holding the Director of Photography role for the HBO Documentary 'American Summer'. Living in Los Angeles with her family, she continues to pursue her love for the art of photography.
