In 2015, he embarked on a transformative path that not only reshaped his environment but also sparked a deep-seated passion for photography—an art form he has been immersed in since childhood, thanks to his artistic family heritage. Initially, Matteo's photographic pursuits were inspired by his love for the great outdoors and landscape photography, which he approached as a fulfilling hobby. However, the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic presented an unexpected opportunity for introspection and creativity. Confined to his home, he redirected his artistic vision, uncovering a profound dedication to still life and product photography. This exploration began in the intimate setting of his home and blossomed into a professional endeavor with the establishment of a dedicated studio in Cham, Switzerland. Today, Matteo's portfolio showcases a diverse range of work, focusing primarily on Food & Drink, Cosmetics, liquids, and various product categories. He skillfully balances still and motion projects, collaborating with renowned brands in Switzerland and crafting captivating short films that resonate with audiences. Beyond the lens, Matteo finds inspiration in the rich nuances of life—his favorites include the aroma of coffee, the striking depth of indigo blue, the significance of the number 9, and the soothing melodies of the piano, alongside his love for rock and indie music. He also embraces physical and mental well-being through calisthenics, yoga, and meditation, which further enrich his artistic expression.
