Luke Norman and Nik Adam are a dynamic artist duo whose creative partnership spans Copenhagen and London. Their collaboration began in 2007 while they were studying together, igniting a shared passion for vibrant, playful, and dynamic photography and moving image work. Specializing in portraiture, fashion, and still life, Luke and Nik’s innovative practice is deeply rooted in authenticity and exploration. Their photographic endeavors are characterized by a bold and experimental approach. They often splice and tape negatives together to craft new compositions, infusing their work with bright strokes of acrylic paint and thoughtfully arranged collages. Techniques such as double exposure, collage, and the integration of handwritten text further enrich their artistic repertoire, showcasing a commitment to pushing creative boundaries.
