Lola & Pani

Lola & Pani are a dynamic photographic duo whose work is deeply anchored in documentary photography, offering poignant narratives that illuminate the personal stories of their subjects. Their lens transcends mere representation, inviting viewers into the intimate worlds they capture. Lola Paprocka is a self-taught photographer and curator, as well as the visionary of Palm* Studios, an independent publishing house dedicated to amplifying the voices of photographers and artists. In addition to her curatorial endeavors, Lola imparts her knowledge as a visiting lecturer at London College of Communication (LCC) and London College of Fashion (LCF), inspiring a new generation of creatives. Pani Paul hails from the picturesque Northern Rivers region of Sydney, where he first developed his passion for photography. After honing his skills in Melbourne, he relocated to London in 2009, where he has since cultivated a unique artistic voice. Together, Lola & Pani seamlessly blend documentary, portraiture, and fashion photography, creating a rich tapestry of images that resonate with depth and authenticity. Their collaborative work continues to push the boundaries of visual storytelling, making a significant impact within the contemporary art scene.
