Léo d'Oriano, born in 1997 in the picturesque town of Ajaccio, Corsica, is a dynamic artist currently residing and creating in the vibrant city of Paris. A graduate of the prestigious Gobelins school in 2018, Léo embarked on his compelling project titled "Resilience," which explores the haunting beauty of traumatized urban landscapes. His impactful series featuring Blackpool was showcased at the esteemed BAN exhibition at Magasins Générales in both 2019 and 2020, capturing the attention of audiences and critics alike. Léo's artistic vision transcends traditional photography; he employs the medium as a powerful form of testimony, imbuing each image with a poignant narrative. In addition to his personal projects, he collaborates with a diverse array of prominent magazines, including I-D, Jalouse, Hunter, Athletica, Doolittle, Petrie Inventory, Tropik Tropik, Soleil Rouge, Wül, and A Part Publication. Through these collaborations, Léo continues to push the boundaries of visual storytelling, inviting viewers to engage with the profound complexities of urban life and resilience.
