Lauren embarked on her artistic journey at Syracuse University, where she honed her skills in Photography at the prestigious School of Visual and Performing Arts, immersing herself in the tactile magic of the darkroom. In 2004, she made the vibrant leap to New York, initially delving into Production before discovering her niche as an assistant to one of the industry's leading Food Photographers. This invaluable experience laid the groundwork for her evolution as a creative force. In 2012, Lauren launched her own business, quickly establishing herself in the culinary photography realm. Her portfolio boasts an impressive array of cookbooks and collaborations with both renowned brands and emerging enterprises, showcasing her versatility across commercial advertising campaigns for social and print media. Now residing in North Brooklyn, Lauren shares her life with her husband, their son, and a delightful menagerie of animals, all of whom inspire her work and creativity.
