Bio

Jen was born in South Africa and spent the first 10 years of her life in a country that brims with soul and vitality. After emigrating to Australia she spent her formative years always with a camera in hand, shooting from an early age. Now based in the UK, Jen has worked between London, Australia and various international assignments specializing in beauty, fashion and advertising photography. Her clients include Harpers Bazaar AU and UK, Glamour SA, L’Officiel Au, Vogue AU, Goldwell UK and L’Oreal alongside many advertising and commercial clients. Jen has also been sought after to shoot for the recent “Love Your Skin” beauty book working with the skincare guru Abigail James to create unique beauty imagery. Previously she has contributed to two makeup books with Rae Morris, a celebrated makeup artists and beauty entrepreneur. Jen has carved out her own photographic style, which retains a strength and timelessness. There is a certain precision in her work, which comes from a background in architecture, as well as formal photographic training that has been softened by a feminine tenderness and a creative eye.
