In 2014, Jeff Vallee faced a life-altering moment when his handcrafted sailboat capsized off the coast of Mexico, leaving behind a pelican case filled with camera gear somewhere in the vast Pacific. Although he shies away from the terms “adventure” and “wanderlust,” he recognizes that their allure stems from a universal passion for spontaneity and the pursuit of new experiences. Jeff’s work is deeply informed by these themes, as he navigates the delicate balance between the unpredictable nature of life and the artistry that emerges from it.
