Jason's passion for storytelling is rooted in his upbringing as the son of a respected journalist and cinematographer, which instilled in him a profound appreciation for the human narrative. His fascination with the intersections of sports, music, and culture initially led him to document the vibrant street culture of New York. He also partnered with Sal Masekela to establish Berkela Films, a full-service distribution and production studio, known for producing Sydney’s highest-grossing documentary, BRA BOYS. Recently, Jason co-founded Early Morning Riot, a bespoke creative management and production company dedicated to representing talented photographers and directors in the commercial and advertising realm.
