For the last 21 years from completing my chef degree in Auckland, to travelling the world working in some of the most demanding and interesting kitchens in NZ, Australia, Norway, Sweden and beyond, I have been on a journey with food that provides me with constant inspiration and amazement. Currently based out of Melbourne, I have been creating stunning images, videos, live demonstrations and recipes for a diverse range of clients for editorial, commercial, packaging, publishing, film, social and television campaigns.
