Bio

Jair Lanes is a distinguished photographer who has divided his creative life between Paris and São Paulo since 1987. His work seamlessly blends photojournalism with advertising, addressing the diverse needs of esteemed agencies, newspapers, and magazines, including Publicis Brasil, Young & Rubicam, Agency Mazarine, Loducca, McCann Erickson, JWT, Marcel Agency, Neogama BBH, and DPZ/Taterka. Lanes' evocative imagery has garnered international acclaim, with exhibitions in prominent museums worldwide. His photographs are included in prestigious collections such as the Museum of Photography in Houston, Fondation Hermès in Paris, the Museum of Modern Art in São Paulo (MAM), the Pirelli Collection, the São Paulo Museum of Art (MASP), and the Museum of Image and Sound (MIS) in São Paulo.
